InfluenceMD collects and processes only the information necessary to provide the Platform. Typical data includes your name, contact information, specialty, NPI number (if submitted), professional achievements, opportunity preferences, and limited usage analytics that help us secure and improve the experience.

We do not collect patient health information or other protected health information (PHI), and InfluenceMD is not a HIPAA-covered entity. If a workflow ever requires PHI, we will obtain your explicit consent and provide a separate agreement.

We use your information to:

- create and maintain your account;

- display your professional profile and Influence Score to you;

- communicate product updates or security notices;

- surface opportunities you have opted into; and

- improve Platform reliability, safety, and relevance.

We do not sell physician data or share your personal contact information with industry partners unless you have explicitly opted into a specific opportunity category. Opting in is voluntary, can be changed at any time, and can be revoked entirely by updating your settings or contacting us.

If you would like to access, update, or delete your account or data, contact connect@influencemd.org. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and honor all applicable legal requirements.
