TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the InfluenceMD platform (the “Platform”), owned and developed by Ben Stone (“Owner,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All source code, software, architecture, algorithms, scoring logic, interfaces, databases, copy, trade dress, trademarks, and related materials are the exclusive property of the Owner and protected by intellectual-property laws. No license is granted to reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, translate, or create derivative works from any portion of the Platform without prior written permission.

2. Authorized Use

You may use the Platform for personal evaluation, demonstration, and testing purposes only. Commercial exploitation, resale, reverse engineering, automated scraping, bulk data extraction, benchmarking, or replication of Platform functionality is prohibited unless you have an executed license agreement with the Owner.

3. Demo Access & Data Handling

If you receive demo or read-only access, you may only use it for non-commercial exploration of the Platform. Demo credentials may be revoked at any time. Attempting to alter, export, or download Platform data, design elements, scoring formulas, or proprietary content is strictly prohibited.

4. Feedback & Suggestions

Any ideas, feedback, feature concepts, or recommendations you share with us may be used to improve the Platform. Submission of feedback does not grant you ownership, royalties, attribution, or other compensation unless separately agreed in writing.

5. No Medical Advice

The Platform is an informational and networking tool only. It does not provide medical advice, clinical decision support, or patient-care services. You are solely responsible for all professional judgments and compliance with applicable medical, regulatory, and ethical obligations.

6. No Warranty

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We make no promise regarding data accuracy, score calculations, feature availability, or future development, and we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
